11/14 - Active Rest - AM Strength & Conditioning
11/15 - 4 Miles Easy - 4.37 Mi
11/16 - Active Rest - Gym Sesh w/ 0.8 Mi Elliptical
Total Miles:  29.15 Miles,  2 Gym Sesh's,  No Indoor Game, and 2 S/C Classes!!
